Ramona Brush is a National Master Guardian, the highest credential in the guardianship profession. She brings over 25 years of experience as a professional guardian serving in leadership positions, and over 35 years of passion and experience in coordinating services and advocating for the optimal quality of life and wellness for vulnerable elders, persons with developmental delays, and persons experiencing mental/behavioral health issues.

Ramona Brush is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in care management, guardianship services, and advocacy for individuals across all stages of life. As the Principal of ArrangeCARE, she brings a compassionate approach and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in navigating healthcare, legal, and social support systems.

Professional Background

Ramona served in a leadership role in Family Eldercare’s Guardianship Program for 19 years before joining ArrangeCARE in 2017. She was elected for two terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Guardianship Association. She brings a person-centered focus and curiosity to her work with ArrangeCARE clients.
